Amazing experience!!! Steve was empathetic, took his time with us, and even when beyond by assisting with filling cremation necklaces. I lost my dear beloved Theda, after a long struggle and very painful last days for her and I. I felt lost in grief, pain and sorrow. I chose Highview by chance and appreciated that chance once I met Steve. He is a person filled with empathy and gave me comfort and direction on how to handle things. I have used Highview cemetery for my Father and my brother. I recently lost my Mother and she knew where she wanted to be when she passed. It’s was so convenient that Highview is now a funeral home as well. Steve was so nice to work with. His kindness and professionalism was just what we needed during this hard time. I recommend Highview Memorial to anyone in need of these services. Rebecca helped me so much. She thought of everything--the prayer cards, an obit outline, she photo shopped the perfect photo to add to the obit and prayer cards. She provided the easels for our photo boards, a lectern for our speaker, and arranged for two Airman to come play taps and fold the flag for our veteran. She even delivered the ashes to the Veterans cemetery in Owings Mills. Professional services at a most affordable price. Thank you.
Steve and Rebecca and the rest of their team were so easy to work with and pulled it off flawlessly with only about a two day notice . Could not be happier with the whole service . If your internment is at Highview, then having the funeral there is a no brainer . Save some and make the whole unpleasant experience a bit more tolerable.
